One more thing.....you may want to de-skin your chicken parts....they tend to marinate inside for better flavor

I made this recipe and my family loved it, I just made 3 boneless chicken but I mixed everything up and just used a small amount of the sauce mixture. I am not a cook and just learning, this was easy and taste delicious!

This wasnt bad for an easy recipe. Next time I will cook it all in one pan. One pan had a nice gravy and the other had nothing. Also, once you ate the outside layer the inside of the chicken was blah! I will marinade or season really well next time.

This recipe is absolutely fabulous! I served it with stuffing and roasted potatoes. The sauce was surprisingly amazing! definately going to make it again!

This recipe was delicious!!! My husband doesn't care for cranberries a whole lot, but he devoured this dish. I served the chicken with brown rice and green beans.

My husband loved it! I cut the sauce recipe in half and poured over two chicken breasts for just the two of us. Was easy and delicious. Served with oven roasted potatoes and steamed broccoli.

This was made for us when I first had my baby girl. We loved it so much we had to ask for the recipe. I couldn't believe how easy it was to make because the flavor is so complex. Definitely has become a new favorite in our house. I remove the skin from the thighs which not only reduces the fat and cholesterol, but it also lets the flavors penetrate the meat more.
