What You Need

1/2

cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread

can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2

cup water

pkg. (16 oz. each) frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

frozen puff pastry sheet (1/2 of 17.3-oz. pkg.), thawed

egg, beaten

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

MIX cream cheese spread, soup and water in large bowl until blended. Stir in broccoli and cheddar. Spoon into 2-1/2- to 3-qt. shallow rectangular or oval baking dish.

ROLL pastry sheet on lightly floured surface to fit top of baking dish. Cover dish completely with pastry. Press pastry edges against rim of dish to seal. Brush with egg; pierce with knife to vent.

BAKE 30 min. or until filling is heated through and pastry is puffed and golden brown.

Casserole can be assembled in advance. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake (uncovered) as directed.

Variation

Prepare as directed, using PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese.

We have made this several times and it is always a hit! Everyone loves it and can't believe that it is so easy to make.

This was very easy to make and tasted great!!! However, the grocery store I went to only had "puff pastry shells" so I got phyllo dough instead - that was a mistake. I'll definitely make sure to find the puff pastry dough the next time I make this.

This was a great receipe, everyone really enjoyed it and got lots of compliments! Just need to add salt and pepper, which it does not tell you to do. I will make this for every event! Big hit!!

I have made this for Christmas and Thanksgiving dinner, and everytime there is nothing left over! My family loves this.

I made this casserole for a potluck at work for Thanksgiving & everybody loved it! I've also made it for family & they loved it! It's very simple to make and I'll definitely be making it again this Thanksgiving!

This is excellent! I made it for a neighbor's birthday dinner this week, and we all decided this has to be the broccoli dish for Thanksgiving this year. I made one adjustment--instead of regular cream of mushroom, I used cream of mushroom with roasted garlic. YUM!
