I have a recipe for spinach pie like this using pie crust and sausage. This is delicious, next time I'm trying it with sausage, the possibilities are endless. The pics are beautiful!)

I made this recipe as directed and it was delicious. Then I got 'creative'. I substituted 1/2 cup of sliced olives for the bacon (replaces the salty/fatty taste). And I substituted 1 cup crumbled feta for the shredded cheddar cheese (I did not do a 1-1 substitution since feta is saltier and has a stronger taste.) Voila!! Greek (sorta) spinach pie. It was really delicious.

Omigosh! This was so good! I had never used puff pastry, and I can't afford the pastries like this at Panera Bread.

A holiday favorite at our house. The only alteration I make is to mix the vegetable/egg ingredients together instead of layering.

This was great!! I never worked with puff pastry before, so I was a bit apprehensive. Everything worked out well. I will add more seasoning, cheese, bacon and onions next time.

I made this recipe Christmas morning and it was fantastic!! Everyone loved it! I added garlic powder and used parmesan cheese as well. Even my 3 year old was asking for seconds!

I liked the recipe but grandkids thought there was too much spinach. Next time I will use less and add more eggs and see how that goes...but there will be a next time
