I made this for Christmas brunch and my family is usually picky, especially where spinach is involved..everyone raved on my pick to serve..

I might make a variation of my own using this recipe as a base, but not this recipe. Even with hot sauce, (and the garlic I added) it is much too bland! The puff pastry is a great idea (a nice change from pie shells), but it needs a more flavorful filling.

This recipe is AWESOME...I LOVE it, the ingredients always work together and make it the best ever. I never liked spinach... until I ate this recipe.

I served this for Christmas and it was a hit, beautiful and flavorful. I used half broccoli along with the spinach and replaced the bacon with ham. This was the first time I've used puff pastry and I found it easy to work with, will definitely use it again!

I've made this 3 times now. I thought it was really good and my family did too. I would add more bacon and I added diced tomatoes instead of red peppers. I also added Durn good Hot sauce about 2 capfuls for a little zip. The prep takes a good amount of time. You have to let the puff pastry and spinach thaw that can take awhile. If you havethe time to make it I would highly recommend it.

I had no problem preparing this, but I could not taste the bacon and it just did not have the flavor that it should have. It was passable, but I would not make it again.

It was very popular with the adults at our Christmas dinner. I will add some Crazy Janes Salt the next time for a little more flavor. The puff pastry was easy to work with and very light to the pallet. Excellent protein and vegatable dish you could take to any covered dish affair.
