Anytime you mix spinach, with cheese it's got to taste wonderful! The ONLY change I made....no bacon.

I made this for my friend's birthday breakfast. We served it with Bloody Mary drinks. I changed the red pepper to artichoke hearts and it was delicious. We all were amazed to see that it looked just like the picture! Now that's a first. Thanks for introducing me to the frozen puff pastry. I will definitely use it again.

I made this for my mother's birthday breakfest and it was a big hit. Tip- I made this the night before and it took much longer than 45 min. to reheat in the oven. Maybe it's because I took it straight from the fridge to the oven? Also, I added onion for flavor and it was great!

I've changed it some and served it for different meals by adding pepperoni and feta!

I made this at the family beach house and forgot to bring my springform pan so I made it in an oblong pyrex dish which worked just fine. It was Easter Sunday, and everyone just raved about how good it was! I plan on making it again for company this Sunday. It was surprisingly easy to make and just absolutely devine!

I made this for a brunch the other day and everyone loved it. It was so pretty and eveyone thought I bought it from a bakery! Maybe it's the cajun in me, but I thought that it could have used a little more than a dash of pepper sauce. Very yummy and relatively easy to make. Enjoy!

I have made this several times now, and each time it was excellent! My husband "loves" it and is somewhat picky. I added more ricotta and more cheddar cheese. I am even making it for my mother-in-law because I am that confident that it will impress her!
