I am not a cook...I repeat, I am not a cook...but decided to try this recipe anyway. It came out fantastic!! I doubled the amount of bacon (because I have 3 boys and my hubby who are all meat lovers) and added a touch of salt and it was sooo good. One of the few items my family has asked that I make again.

I already made this recipe like 10 times and everybody, every time loved it! I'm skiping the bacon and I'm adding feta cheese (feta and spinach awsome combination!!!). This is one of the best!!!! :)

MY DAUGHTER MADE THIS FOR A GROUP OF LADIES FOR BRUNCH. THEY ALL LOVED IT AND SO DID I. IT WAS EASY AND DELICIOUS.

I made it for lunch on a holiday. Everybody said it's delicious and asked me to make it again. I think I'd make it for a picnic since it's easy to carry and eat. Thanks for this kind of good recipe.

The appearance of this brunch bake wowed my guests, but it lacked of flavor. It needs something else to it, I may consider cream cheese. I omitted the peppers and added sun-dried tomatoes. It really needs something to "pizzaz" it up. When baked and ready, this Brunch Bake looks amazing-you'll look (and feel) like Emeril!

Very good, alittle tricky the first time, but easy to do afterwards. Alittle dry for my taste, so I add more cream cheese to soften it up.

The ladies in my luncheon group really enjoyed this! I tested it on my family first. I recommend cutting away excess puff pastry as it tends to remain raw.

I've made it about 5 times, and it is a big hit every time.. I add a whole pkg of bacon to mine and extra cheese - I think it adds more flavor. I rate it thumbs up. :)
