beautiful looking and very easy to make. Needs allot more seasoning and meat. I will try it again w/ground sausage and bacon, mozz and cheddar cheese. I will saute my peppers add onions and fresh garlic prior to putting them in. Will omit the frozen spinach and replace it w/fresh spinach.

Have made this recipe at least a dozen times. Leave out the ricotta cheese and substitute mozzarella cheese for a more pizza type filling. Much better! My family begs for this at least once a week. I also add onions and mushrooms.

I'd like to try this recipe with broccoli in place of the spinach.

I used half the amount of spinach and double the bacon portion. It was great!

It was very good and easier than I thought it would be to make. I used fresh spinach and cottage cheese instead of ricotta. I plan to make it for guests and assemble the night before. Thanks

I thought this recipe to be very easy. The substitutes even better-a 9x13 pan would spread the spinach a bit I think. I also threw in extra bacon and onions and mushrooms. I will make this again, soon. Friday brunches at the office. Make it at night and reheat it in the morning.... easy, easy, easy!!
