It was very good and easier than I thought it would be to make. I used fresh spinach and cottage cheese instead of ricotta. I plan to make it for guests and assemble the night before. Thanks

I thought this recipe to be very easy. The substitutes even better-a 9x13 pan would spread the spinach a bit I think. I also threw in extra bacon and onions and mushrooms. I will make this again, soon. Friday brunches at the office. Make it at night and reheat it in the morning.... easy, easy, easy!!

Add more bacon, some chopped onion, salt & pepper. It's a little too "spinachy," needs some spice.

Very good recipe, easy too. I agree it needs more salt and meat. We used ham in ours instead of bacon. Very tasty! It even microwaves well, IF you have leftovers.

Made this recipe for a birthday brunch at work. Everyone loved it. It was gone before I knew it. It could use more salt and I will add more bacon or meat next time I make it, which will be for Thanksgiving. Everyone that ate it at the brunch asked for the recipe.

I made 2 of these for a "girls" breakfast and it went. Everyone raved about it. I did make an adjustment - more Tobasco sauce and bacon and omitted the red peppers. I was wonderful. Thanks for the new receipe

It was very easy looked great. It was, however, a little bland and needs some "kick" to it. I had even put in much more Tabasco Sauce called for, so some onions and salt and pepper and some other spices perhaps. It's a great base to experiment with.
