Mini JELL-O Trifle Bites

I made these for a home party I had and they did not go. I didn't like them and neither did my guests. I don't think I have ever made a dessert recipe that did not go over well. I was disappointed.

I made this recipe for a school faculty function and everyone loved it. I'm also going to make it for Christmas Eve and I'm going to try Cherry flavored Jello. It was so simple to make. Thanks!!

What a great recipe! I cheated and made full cupcake size portions. This used quite a bit more jello but it was very worth it. My three year old got a kick out of the fact that it was a cake her size. I will most definately make this again.

Very disappointed! I'm in the process of creating this "treat" for a Xmas party. The cake is "drinking" up all the Jell-O! Now I'm off to the store for more Jell-O @8p.m. Its too expensive to throw what I've done out so I'm going to try & hope for the best. Also I'm getting 9 mini molds out of this, 18 w/ 4 large boxes of Jell-O. Would be nice if it was mentioned how much liquid the mini cups used so I could adjust for the mini molds. Also don't understand why the receipe only calls for 2 1/2 C of liquid! Oh well, I tried but NEVER again! Happy holidays everyone! Sue in RI

A great, healthy dessert for the holidays!! I couldn't find pound cake, so I used angel food cake in its place and it turned out delicious. I also sprinkled the bites with green sugar to make them a little more festive. Only negative part is the fact that they have to be kept refridgerated.

I made them for our Ladies Christmas Tea Party and they were a big hit. I think next time I would add just a bit more water so they're not jelled as tight. But they were great.

"mini" great for small appetites. Eat two if you are still hungry.

Sounds super good until you come to the size, would be better in regular muffin cups as a small light dessert that everyone would have room for.

This is such an easy dessert. The kids will love them!!!! It didn't take any time at all to make this.
