Everyone went crazy for this at Thanksgiving! Very rich, but fabulous with crackers. My mom and I thought of replacing the pesto and pepper with apricot jam and almonds. Honestly, you could put anything between cream chez and wrap it in dough and I'll probably like it.

This was very good. We just eat it with our fingers. The only bad thing was the bottom didn't finish cooking.

Mine looked nothing like the picture..in fact, it was not even edible as it exploded. The smell though was so mouth watering, I am willing to try it again.

I made this for a birthday party and it was a huge hit! I served it with assorted crackers and pita chips. I'll be making it again soon.

OMG - everyone loved it. I made some changes though. I used small artichoke hearts and roasted red bell peppers. I blend them together and layed them between the cheese. Excellent...everyone wants me to make it again!

This is the best appetizer! A friend made it for a party we had at our house and now I make it for all the parties I go to. It is a hit with everyone and people just keep going back for more. I have passed this recipe to at least 10 people.

very good- even the kids enjoyed it. Next time I will use hot peppers because this time it tasted a little blan with red bell peppers
