Perfect appetizer. A bit rich but with crackers it tones it down. An absolute hit everytime I make it (3 times in last four weeks).

Made this for Christmas at the in-laws' last year - they are notorious about not trying unusual or different foods, but this one was a hit! Disappeared quickly - next time, I think I'll make two, at least! ** I also used the sun-dried tomatoes instead of the peppers - I think this made it a little more "friendly" to the non-adventurous.

I made this for a night with the girls. They all loved it, it was gone within minutes! I made my own pesto, following a recipe on here for it and it was so delicious!

I made my own pesto which I believe added to the flavor. It was eaten up in less than 15 min. by 6 people.

This was even a hit with my in-laws who rarely try new things! I also had to use a pesto mix and used seasoned tomato paste instead of red peppers. I will continue to make this!

This was a great recipe, but it was not cooked enough! We found out about a quarter of the way through, when the inside was a bit doughy. I cooked it for as long as it said, but was not cooked enough. I couldn't find Pesto in a jar, so I used a packet of McCormick's Pesto mix. You just add water and oil, and cook on the stovetop for one minute. I will make this recipe again, only I'll cook it longer!

This was great and a very different appetizer. I has a little trouble with the extra dough and cut some of it off.

Bit more work than expected! I would love a recommendation on how to roasted the red peppers. Big hit at the party I brought it to!
