This recipe is very delicious and extremely easy to make. I have made this twice and have received rave reviews both times. The second time that I make this recipe I made it ahead of time, letting it sit in the fridge for about 2 1/2 hours. When it was through baking it was almost as flat as a pancake on one end. I don't know if I did something wrong or what, but it still tasted great, it just wasn't the prettiest. Overall this is a great recipe and I can't wait until we have company over again so I can make it.
