These were yummy, you'll want to use large potatoes so it'll be a little easier. People kept asking for more!

It was very hard to make and it took more time then it said but in the end everyone loved them FYI use more potatoes then they say

This is a great side. I made it for a dinner party and everyone loved it. Got great comments on the look. All the children loved it even picky 10 year.

Instead of large baking potatoes - use small - they fit perfectly in the muffin cups and - don't take as long to bake. Try using low-sodium chicken broth instead of milk - another saving of calories & fats. A great lunch to-go, heats quickly in the office microwave and the Kraft 2% Sharp cheddar cheese makes this a comforting, low-cal way to dine. Make up a bunch - try various veggies on top - left-overs work great. Take two - they're small !

Both the kids and grownups loved eating these and they made a fun display. Will make these for the next gathering.

Cute easy side dish. I made the potatoes in the microwave instead to cut down on the cooking time. Fun, easy and delish!

This are yummy! I would suggest a little more cheese and the sour cream on top added some too.
