These pumpkin pie bars were Amazing!! I did a little adjusting like others had said. I added a little brown sugar and some vanilla to the pumpkin it really added to the flavor and some extra cinnamon to the crumb mixture. My family couldn't put the bars down:)

When serving a lot of people, bars are the way to go! This is one of the ones I'll be making for Thanksgiving instead of doing a bunch of pies.

I thought this was a very good recipe and a good alternative to pumpkin pie. Something a little different!

Very good. Made for Thanksgiving dinner at work and had many good comments. Would double the amount of topping next time. I did substitute garbanzo bean flour for the white flour and I didn't have pumpkin pie spice so I used apple pie spice.

It was just ok. Didn't think the filling and the crust went well together, also the crust got a little hard. I took it to a pot luck and brought most of it back. I would not make this again.

Excellent - toasted the pecans with some walnuts, ground the crust ingredients in food processor, came out perfect. Used all other ingredients as directed. This is a nice change from traditional pumpkin pie. Not too sweet! Nice for work or family gatherings. Try it - you'll love it. Easy to make.
