This recipe was ok. It needs to be served cold! I added ewxtra spices- cinnamon, ginger, and a little extra sugar.

They tasted just ok. I did not divide the sugar, i added it twice..from previous posts i was afraid it would not be sweet tasting. It still could have been sweeter to me. They were just missing something. They also were not as firm as I would have liked. Trying to find pumpkin deserts for thanksgiving at my house, this will not be one of them...sorry :(

I gave four stars because as is they are a bit bland. With my change, it is five stars! As is, the recipe is a bit bland. Instead of pumpkin pie spice, add a mixture of: 1/2 t. salt, 1 1/2 t. cinnamon, 1/2 t. ground ginger, and 1/2 t. ground cloves. I promise you, they will be full of flavor with my spice change!

This is what I call a pumkin bar. Very sweet, creamy and the crust just makes the whole thing complete. I did add a bit more sugar b/c of some of the other raters comments but everything else about this is just delightful. I served it with a bit of whipped cream and forget the pumpkin pie. These were a hit!

Great! I don't normally like pumpkin pie, but I loved this. The partygoers skipped over the pumpkin pie and devoured these instead.

This recipe is delicious and easy. I have made it multiple times and am always asked for the recipe. It's a particular favorite with my kids!

Absolutely delicious! I served these w/ whipped cream on the side. Also used low fat cream cheese, as I always do. Will make these again and again!!
