WOW! this was a hit, I didn't have pumpkin spice and used cinn. worked great, the first batch I forgot to add the eggs and I served it last it was still just as delicious as the second batch WITH the eggs, just different texture.

I made this recipe for Christmas 2007. It was very easy to make and superb. Everyone liked it and they asked for the recipe so they could make it too.

These are creamy and delicious! Filling too. They do begin to lose their yummy taste after being in the fridge a few days.

This recipe is great!! Takes a little time to make since I'm not the best cook. My family loved it. It might need a little more spice, or maybe a tiny salt would bring out more flavor. It tastes better the next day. If you are a pumpkin lover, you'll love this.

This is one of the best pumpkin desserts I have ever made and or eaten. I made it several times over the holidays. It will now be one of my favorites from Thanksgiving through New Years.

I thought this recipe looked really good. I made it and thought different. If I made it again I would probably use a little bit more sugar and a little bit more spice. I made this for a Christmas get together-the plate came home almost as full as it went. Probably wont make this again.

You can't mess with pumpkin pie. These turned out the way the recipe said but we ended up throwing most of it out. I will stick to the traditional pumpkin pie.

Great Recipie!! i added a pinch of salt in the crust/topping mixture and a little more pumpkin pie spice...next time might add a little more oatmeal too..i used the quick ones..want to see the diff with the other kind...my mom made me make this for new years day after i made it for thanksgiving and christmas too..i think ill be making it more!!

I made this recipe for a holiday party at work. Everyone loved it. Unfortunately I had none to take home for myself but thats okay.
