Loved these & numerous people asked for the recipe.

I thought the topping was excellent but the crust was very mushy. I used the old-fashioned oats; maybe those who enjoyed this used the quick-cooking. I think putting the crust on the foil may have stopped it from browning but I really felt like the crust should have been crisper and browner.

You should really try this if you like pumpkin pie. This was so good that my weekend guests asked me to make more. The crust part is so good with the pecans in it. I plan on making it again soon.

This recipe is scrumptious ! Easy to put together with excellent results. I made this with fresh pumpkin and used walnuts in the crust/crumble. Definite Keeper !!

This recipe is delicious and very easy to make. The bars really do taste like pumpkin pie and have a crispy crust on the bottom. I used low-fat cream cheese and added extra nuts. Clean up is a snap when you line the pan with foil. This recipe is definitely going to be a favorite of mine to use especially during the holidays.

Very good! These did taste like pumpkin pie. I subbed low-fat cream cheese and Splenda for 1/2 the white sugar. Next time I'd use more nuts though.
