I made these for my son's b-day party & our family loved them & requested we bring these for our family x-mas celebration! Though I altered these by pinching two rolls together & covering with mixture and roll up & cut into bite sized pieces.

I wasn't thrilled with this recipie. First I was a bit confussed on how to cut these. Secondly, I thought the flavor was just ok. I brought them to a pot luck and to be honest they didn't go the way other items in the past have.

This recipe was a hit at my holiday brunch. I mixed the bacon into the cream cheese the night before, to allow the flavors to meld and then baked them the next morning. This made the flavors really pop!!

I been making this recipe for years. I bring to our christmas dinners for years. I add a little grated onion and milk to mine, i rolled them up and slice them and then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

So easy and so good. I'm going to add chopped shrimp next time. I cut the wedges with a pizza cutter. I took them to a party and they were the first to disappear and everyone wanted my recipe!
