My friends and I get together for wine and cheese often. I made this the other night and it was fantastic and a HUGE hit!

We renamed it "That's good!" because that is what everyone said after tasting it. It is part of our standard party fare.

I have been making this for years. Only I use the Pillsbury croissant rolls. You can make it with dill, or jalapeños and cheese (my fav). I also sprinkle cheddar cheese on top before baking. Always a hit and a great party food.

Everyone loved this recipe. It was easy and very tasty. I liked it with Wheat Thins better than Ritz Crackers.

HUGE hit at a party - suggestion to cut it into 3 slices is great. I used bruschetta instead of pesto and put a layer of it on top of the cream cheese, too.

This was a huge hit for Christmas. I've made the Southern Living recipe similar to this before and this was 100 times easier and better tasting too. I altered the recipe by slicing 3 layers in the cream cheese & I spread the pesto/peppers b/t each layer. I will never make the other recipe from scratch again!
