Make It
COMBINE
first 4 ingredients.
SPREAD
crackers with Neufchatel.
TOP
with tomato mixture.

Prepare tomato mixture as directed. Add Neufchatel; mix well. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. Spread onto crackers just before serving.
Substitute
Prepare using TRISCUIT Reduced Fat Crackers.

I served it last night and it was gone before the pizza bites were. Everyone asked for the recipe - very tasty - easy to make - very appealing to the eye! Thank you!

I use a little bit cream cheese, imitation crab and cocktail sauce. NEVER any leftovers

These were so good and so simple! Used herb flavored crakers instead, and they were just wonderful. Great for parties or just a snack. Even the young kids enjoyed them, which surpirsed me!

Everytime I've made this recipe, I have had rave reviews. I substituted the green onions for purple onions, cream cheese for fat-free cream cheese and mozarella for white cheddar/colby jack mix.
