Delicious! Made this for Bible Study and it was eaten quickly. Would make this again!
Made this for Christmas morning. Will now be a tradition for our Christmas breakfast with fresh fruit. Super easy and delicious!! Highly recommend it to everyone!
This was so easy to fix the night before for company the next morning. We subbed elk breakfast sausage for the meat. One little piece was left and I reheated it the next morning after the company left.
I would make this receipe again, but I did leave a few things out that I probably wouldn't again. I didn't use the ham or the bacon so that this would be a meatless dish. There was a little more liquid than expected at the bottom of the dish, but this was still good. It just seemed like it needed a little more flavor or kick. I also used whole-wheat bread, part-skim moz cheese and fat-free milk as subsitutes. I would the egg-souffle touch that you get from this dish.
I substituted egg substitue for the eggs and used fat free shredded cheese. I also used fatfree milk. It worked very well and was very tasty. This is the main recipe I use for company. Most of my family and friends need to lower cholesterol and fat, so this recipe meets all of our needs.
Excellent recipe for a crowd at breakfast! Great, too, because you make it the night before then bake & serve the next morning. We enjoyed it on Christmas morning and I think it just might be a new tradition for us.
Very good. I made this Christmas Eve for an easy Christmas breakfast. I added 5 eggs instead of 4, and substituted olives for the mushrooms. Kids and hubby asked for seconds!!
This is delicious. I have passed the recipe around my Sunday class. They request it when we do brunch.
I served this on Christmas morning and my family all enjoyed it. It is great leftover too!
I made this for my women's group at church and they all loved it. My husband was disappointed that there were no leftovers. It was so easy to make. I will be making it again.
