The recipe turned out mushy and didn't have alot of taste. I may try it again another time with sausage instead of ham and add more vegetables. The french bread tasted great in it! I really like the idea that you can make it the night before and just pop it in the oven!!

I use sliced bread instead of french, more eggs, sqeezing the egg into the bread w/ my hands. this makes the dish less dry. I also add any and all breakfast meats and veggie combos so it turns out like a Breakfast skillet. Very easy to make, my Hubby and 3 boys luv it.

When I doubled the recipe (for 25 people), the red peppers were too strong and the flavor was not as good as the original size recipe. I think I will only put half as much red peppers next time. I love the fact though that I can prepare it the day before. Not many recipes have that option especially for a large brunch-at least that I have found.

I used portabello mushrooms and added chopped black olives. We absolutely loved the recipe and am making it again for my company coming next week.

I made this for co-workers as a test and they loved it! I have made it two additional times for breakfasts at our Church--and it is a big hit! A great one to do since you do all the work the night before and let it cook while you get ready!

I've made this recipe two times for different guests and everyone loves it, including me! I omit the mushrooms and instead of bacon, use turkey bacon. Delicious!!!

This recipe was very easy to make and delicious! I made it for a school brunch and everyone loved it. I absolutely recommend this recipe. What I love about it is that it could be prepped the night before and just pop it in the oven the next morning.

I made this recipe for a Sunday School Brunch. It was gone in 10 minutes and two people asked me for the recipe. I was easy to make and was very tasty. The only thing I will change next time is to add some salt to the recipe.
