I took a lot of the different comments on this article and made it according to my taste. I also only made it with two pork chops, for two people [who hate leftovers!]. I used just one onion, a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese, and brown rice instead of Stove Top. I also threw some minced garlic in with the onions, I loved it!

I have made this many times and have altered it to make it better. I place the pork chops, 1 onion, and the Worcestershire sauce in a 1 gallon freezer bag overnight. Then all I have to do is place it in the pan. The trick is to only put 1 onion. Also, I only put 1 c. of water in the stuffing so it can absorb the excess sauce left in the pan. Try it...much better than the original!

I accidentally added soy sauce instead of worstershire while cooking the onions. It still tasted very good. Next time I might pop it under the broiler for the last 5 min. to give the stuffing a little crunch

Add the Wochest. sauce while cooking your pork chops, otherwise it gets really soaked into the stuffing and does not taste too good.

This recipe was very savory and delicious. I was afraid I wouldn't like the boxed stuffing in with the onions but it all came together really well and was quick!
