I followed this recipe to a T and I thought it was offel, my husband liked it, but he will eat anything. The onions came out black and hard, I only had the heat on a little over medium, and then the stuffing was pointless, it did nothing for this recipe. And after all the stuff that went in to this recipe the pork chops tasted plain with very little flavor.

I tried this recipe for the first time and really liked it. My husband was also a fan. It was different, whcih is what I was looking for. When I sprinkled the cheese on, I only sprinkled it over the chops, so it held the onions on the chops. It was great and I will definitely make them again.

Very good and easy to make. You have to add more Worchestershire sauce then the recipe calls for tho. I added extra in as the pork chops were browning, and I used a limited edition shredded Vermont white cheddar!

Thought it was okay, the flavor was not very intense, bland.

This was very good. I seasoned the pork chops with salt, black pepper, garlic and paprika before putting them in the pan. The seasonings gave it an extra zing. If you're going to use 2 medium onions you'll definitely need more than 2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce because the 2 was just enough for 1 medium onion. I also used mozzarella instead of swiss and it was very good. Next time I will use Swiss just to see how that tastes with it.

This was very good, and I don't like stuffing. I had a problem the first time with the pork being too tough and dry. Second time I browned the pork and then simmered it in some broth with the onions for awhile longer - that helped. Also - I let it all kind of simmer on low after put together. That helped the flavors mix.

Onion fixed this way was very good over the pork chops. Rather than stuffing, I served this with leftover Salsa Rice (another recipe on this website). Really quick!
