I thought the recipe was good, but the porkchops definitely need more than 10 minutes. I kept them in the pan while the onions browned and this seemed to work ok. I think I will add less onion though and some mushroom and use chicken broth for the stuffing like someone suggested previously.

What a great recipe. Quick and easy to make and absolutely delicious. Will definitely make again. I agree with others who browned the pork chops a little longer. Also, I did not use a nonstick skillet and the worcestershire sauce deglazed the pan adding lots of flavor. Thanks for a great recipe!!!

I thought the dish itself was very delicious, but it took me closer to 50 minutes to make - 10 minutes to cook porkchops just doesn't do it! I'll be making it again soon though!

This is a must like onion recipe. But it is very easy and very good.

The husband never likes much of what I make out of cookbooks. He loved this one. He even asked for it several times. This time I will make with casserole cheese and mushrooms. Can't wait!
