I brined the pork chops for 30 minutes with some additional seasonings before cooking. The chops turned out moist and had a great flavor to them.My 5 kids really liked it. We used colby/jack instead of swiss.Tasted great. We will be making these again!

This recipe was easy to make and it tasted great. It was a meal all-in-one. You don't really need anything to go with it. You've got vegetable, meat, and bread. Excellent.

Easy? Yes! Pretty presentation? Yes! Tasty? Kind of..everything had great flavor except the meat. Next time I would add some zing. We found it kind of bland. I used pork roast slices instead of chops. Next time I will marinate the meat or season it while cooking. The chicken idea sounds great. Maybe teriaki chicken and use low sodium soy sauce in place of the worchestershire...

Even the kids loved it. I made it with extra cheese since we all love cheeese. I gave this recipe to my father in law who used chicken and less cheese and they loved it that way too. Next time I make it I will make it with chicken and add a little garlic.

This was delicious! I LOVE garlic so I of course added minced garlic to the onions but that is all I altered.

I used this recipe but I did not do the stuffing. Overall it was very bland and tasteless. Other wise it was good and with some help from my husband I will make it again.
