I have made this many times and have altered it to make it better. I place the pork chops, 1 onion, and the Worcestershire sauce in a 1 gallon freezer bag overnight. Then all I have to do is place it in the pan. The trick is to only put 1 onion. Also, I only put 1 c. of water in the stuffing so it can absorb the excess sauce left in the pan. Try it...much better than the original!
