Very delicious and we will definitely make it again. Will try with a variation using a pork roast next time with company. Plan to use a few ideas from others using the chicken broth with the stuffing also.

Very good and easy to make. I used leftover pork loin, chicken stock, and provolone cheese instead. It turned out great; my husband loved it!

Looks delish on my computer screen, that's about it. I was hoping for a french onion soup zing and all I got was pork chops with fried onion! To me the title is very misleading.

Different, but in a great way! It was really easy to make. I followed some adaptations suggested in the comments- made the stuffing with chicken broth instead of water, seasoned the pork before cooking, etc. It turned out great!
