Why give 'em rolls when you could serve up this casserole? It's just cheese and herbed stuffing held together by an egg—and it's delicious!

FAMILY LOVE IT. I MADE IT AS THE STUFFING FOR OUR THANKSGIVING MEAL. EVERYONE THOUGHT THE FLAVOR WAS WOUNDERFUL. I DID SUBTITUTED HALF OF THE AMOUNT THEY ASK FOR MAYONAISE FOR SOURCREAM. IT TURN OUT GREAT.

I changed this recipe a lot. I added quite a bit of chopped turkey to make it more of a main dish. I also used cheddar cheese instead of Mexican and added fresh spinach. The only problem was that it came out rather dry. I did notice that the amount of water called for in the recipe was more than was called for on the Stove Top box, and I used the lesser amount of water. Also, I'm sure the extra ingredients and not covering it in the oven dried it out. Next time I will use frozen chopped spinach, more water, and cover it for more moisture.

This is the best stuffing I have ever had! I added onions and garlic to the stuffing first, then the egg and cheese. It was excellent!!!

This was pretty tasty. I used spinache instead of brocolli. My husband thought it was a little bland, I thought it was good. I think we will make it again. It is a little much for just two people though.

My husband is very picky, but he loved this. I did add broccoli florets, then upped the cheese by 1/2 cup, also added 1 cup cooked and well drained Italian sausage. It was great. Almost a meal to its' self.

For this recipe I substituted in spinach for the mixed veggies and it was delicious! It was a great side dish! Definately recommend making! I also added a lot more cheese than listed in the recipe because I love cheese and it came out great!
