Crab Cakes recipe

I made these for Christmas Eve and they didn't last 10 minutes. Very yummy and the ritz add great flavor and crunch. I had my son help me make them by crushing the crackers and shredding the parmesan. Great recipe for the kids to help. Thanks Kraftfoods!!!

Excellent recipe! It takes a little longer in the oven to cook them, but the flavor is delicious! My husband loved them!

How Delicious! And so easy!! They took longer to cook than recipe says- my husband loved them! Baking them was easier than standing over the stove for so long pan frying them! Try them with a nice roumalade sauce!!! The ranch dressing was a nice touch of flavor--- definitely will make again

I do love the simplicity and taste of this site....but this crab cake receipe was, I m sorry to say, a flop! I followed the receipe....and the cakes were soggy and nfortunately this is an instance when the pcture looks better than the product.....perhaps using artificial crab meat may make a difference.

Very tasty. I used low-fat ranch and it still came out alright.
