I've made these a few times now and although I know they can be better in a restaurant, this is the only recipe I've come across where they are easy to make and we all seem to agree that they are good. I also add Old Bay seasoning to the mix and I make mine larger so I will get 6 instead of 12.

As a Maryland expat where the crab is king this recipe is a culinary insult. You lost me at the ranch dressing.

These were very good. The recipe makes very small sized crab cakes more of an appetizer size. If you are looking for a light meal, doubling the recipe worked well.
