I would make this again but I would definitely put onion or something in it. Really bland taste.

I thought this was very very yummy, and very simple. I could tell b/f didn't like it though..he grew up on fast food so it's hard to make him like anything, it was too much beef for him I guess.

I took Sara from 5/22's advice & made my rice with beef broth (I used brown rice). I also added peppers & exchanged the peas for frozen corn. My guys really liked it, so I will definitely make it again.

Family loved it... I substituted mashed potatoes for the rice and made dish in layers...bottom layer meat mixture, 2nd layer peas, third layer mashed potatoes and topped it off with grated cheese!

I didn't use peas. Instead I used canned green beans. The whole family loved it!!

I changed the rice to a cooked rice & bean box mix and used mixed vegtables. It was great! Fast, easy, and delicious. I will make it again for certain.

I left out the peas, but it still tasted great. It was very easy to make and put together. Will definitely make this again.
