Crisp and Creamy Baked Chicken

What You Need

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)

Tbsp. (1/2 of 1 pouch) SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix

cups instant white rice, uncooked

2/3

cup (1/2 of 10-3/4-oz. can) condensed cream of celery soup

1/4

cup milk

cup KRAFT Shredded Three Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

COAT chicken with coating mix as directed on package; place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Discard any remaining coating mix.

BAKE 20 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Meanwhile, cook rice as directed on package.

MIX soup and milk until well blended; pour over chicken. Top with cheese. Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly. Serve with rice.

Storage Know-How

Place leftover condensed soup in covered container and refrigerate up to 2 days. To prepare as soup, heat as directed on label, using 2/3 cup water or milk.

How to Store Leftover Coating Mix

Place remaining coating mix in pouch in small resealable plastic bag; store in original box along with the unused shaker bag. Use as directed on package using only half the amount of chicken.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot steamed carrots.

My husband liked this much more than I did. I'll make it again for him though. It might taste better with more seasoning or a different soup.

An easy, quick weeknight dinner. I usually go for cream of chicken soup for the sake of a picky eater. Though I don't think there is much of a difference!

LOVED IT! Very quick and easy to make! I subbed out the celery soup for Cream of Chicken and used the whole can and a little more milk-gives you more sauce!

Very easy to make. The chicken turns out really well, very moist! I would go ahead and use the whole can of cream of celery and just double the milk mixed in. I love having extra sauce to pour over the rice.

My picky eater actually liked this chicken. It was too soggy for me and I don't usually like items made with cream of anything soup. And this was no exception. Maybe I can try again without the soup, but I think it would still be soggy from the shake and bake. Any suggestions on how to keep it crispy on the bottom? Anyway, I rated it 3 starts because my son liked it, but again, I didn't.
