Crisp and Creamy Baked Chicken

What You Need

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)

Tbsp. (1/2 of 1 pouch) SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix

cups instant white rice, uncooked

2/3

cup (1/2 of 10-3/4-oz. can) condensed cream of celery soup

1/4

cup milk

cup KRAFT Shredded Three Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

COAT chicken with coating mix as directed on package; place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Discard any remaining coating mix.

BAKE 20 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Meanwhile, cook rice as directed on package.

MIX soup and milk until well blended; pour over chicken. Top with cheese. Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly. Serve with rice.

Storage Know-How

Place leftover condensed soup in covered container and refrigerate up to 2 days. To prepare as soup, heat as directed on label, using 2/3 cup water or milk.

How to Store Leftover Coating Mix

Place remaining coating mix in pouch in small resealable plastic bag; store in original box along with the unused shaker bag. Use as directed on package using only half the amount of chicken.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot steamed carrots.

pretty much something you would expect from a cream of soup recipe. It wasn't bad but it wasn't near one of my favorites.

Very good! I don't even care for celery, but the combination of flavors is tasty. I do double the sauce and use the whole packet of coating on chicken tenders instead of breasts.

Made this last night and it was really easy and really good! My 14 yr old son loved it. I made a few changes and used what I had on hand. I used 1 can of cream potato soup/ 1 can milk. And we had red potatoes instead of rice. Had enough leftover gravy to put on potatoes. And we had a side of broccoli also.

Very easy to make. Would have prefered the sauce and cheese on the rice and the chicken without the sauce. Also, used cream of celery soup like the recipe called for but would have prefered cream of chicken.

This was super simple to make and both my husband and I loved it. We also increased the amount of ingredients due to more chicken with no problems. I plan on making this again, as well as altering the ingredients a little. This will be a regular recipe in our rotation.

This was so good and so easy to make. I love the flavor of all the ingredients together. I think next time I make it I will experiment a little and add bacon bits to top the chicken.

This was so good. I made ajustments though. I used Panko breadcrumbs instead of shake and bake. It makes it crispier. I added salt and pepper to taste, and served with mashed taters W/ a bit of the shredded cheese ontop of them. Yummy!!

This was very good. I didn't have any shake n bake so I used italian bread crumbs mixed with some butter and breaded the chicken with that and it tasted just as great!
