Made this several times... great meal my husband can even throw together last minute for me when I am really busy and he is hopeless in the kitchen :) The peas give it great color and nutrition.

My husband and I (but especially my husband) loved this! We are big mac-n-cheese people, and this was a great twist on a classic favorite. I included corn with the peas, and didn't add quite all the cheese sauce because I thought it might be a little overwhelming. But the Catalina dressing is awesome in this!

Very tasty! After reading some thought the dish tasted a little bland, I added poultry seasoning, garlic powder, Lawrys seasoning, and pepper to the chicken, stir fried chicken until done then added cooked noodles, broccoli, other ingredients. It was delicious!

Simple to prepare, but very bland. Had to add a little extra Catalina for more zip and some ground pepper and Italian seasoning. I also sprinkled a bit of Parmesan cheese on top.

Made this with a few adjustments, and turned out yummy!!! You MUST like peas in order to like this dish, could be good too with any other type of frozen or mixed veggies too. I used Zesty Italian dressing instead of the Catalina because that's all we had, and it added just the right amount of zip. Also added in some pepper too. Mixed in some sour cream as well to add more moisture to the mix but still keep it creamy. Probably would have been too bland for our tastes if the adjustments weren't made. I agree with the other members that a few more seasonings may be needed to make the dish tastier.

The family loved the mac & cheese with peas. The addition of the Catalina dressing was just the kick to hit it out of the yard. Be sure to get the chicken browned in the presicribed time. Any longer and it gets tough.

Changed out the peas for corn; family liked it very well. Will make again since it's so easy to put together.

I thought it was very good and I'm not a big fan of peas, hit the spot for my pregnancy cravings though, YUM... My son who is 3.5 and my husband didn't enjoy this very much, as a matter of fact my son ate better then husband did! It was the peas, it ruined it for them, so maybe next time I'll try it with a different veggie, Ithink broccoli would go well...

This recipe was very dry. I added a can of cream of chicken soup and mayo instead of Catalina. Made it creamier. Also added more spices. My husband and kids really liked it. I did use precooked chicken and should have added it later because it dried out the chicken. Otherwise turned out okay.
