What You Need

Tbsp. oil

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

1/2

tsp. dried thyme leaves

cup milk

cup water

pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner

cups frozen peas

Tbsp. KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing

Make It

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and thyme; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until chicken is browned, stirring frequently.

ADD milk, water and Macaroni; cover. Cook 10 min. or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.

STIR in Cheese Sauce, peas and dressing. Cook an additional 2 min., stirring occasionally.

How to Easily Cut Chicken

Cutting boneless skinless chicken breasts into pieces can be a slippery task. Make it safer and prevent the knife from slipping by cutting the chicken while it is partially frozen. The firmer chicken is much easier to cut and handle.

It was very easy to make. I only added half the peas and half of the Catalina required. Cooking it on med/high, I had to add some more milk and water because it began to dry out before the pasta was cooked all the way. It turned out great!

More chicken less peas for me. I love what the Catalina dressing does to it! My husband did not like it too much, but I think when I cook it next time, with more chicken, he will like it. Also, I don't know if its my stove or if I did it wrong, but it cooked better on Med...not Med/High

We are always looking for new ways to cook and serve chicken. I love that recipes that include using mac-n-cheese, because I know my daughters will eat it. This was good. We will eat it again.

Boring and with too many peas. You might as well serve the Macaroni and Cheese, Peas, and Chicken separate. They did not meld together well for my family.

I would make this recipe again, minus the catalina dressing. It tasted really good when it was cheesy and creamy. But once the catalina dressing went in it just tasted weird. I would make it again, but without the dressing.

No one in my family liked this recipe. I only used half the peas and they still killed it. But even still, I didn't like the flavors together. Real disappointed in this one unfortunately

I would serve the peas on the side. The whole thing tasted like peas and I only used 1 cup instead of the 2 cups it asked for.
