This recipe was simple to assemble and make. However, it tasted bland with no flavor whatsoever. It lacked flavor and was missing something. Perhaps, the ribs just need to be seasoned more with salt & pepper.

This recipe was in the magazine that comes in the mail about a year ago, I showed it to my husband, and he asked to try it. We've been enjoying it weekly ever since! It is so great with potato salad and green beans as well as the mashed potatoes and carrots.

I have made this a couple of times because my family loves it. They turn out so tender and favorful. My husband brought leftovers to work and everyone wanted the recipe after they smelled it.
