I have made this a couple of times because my family loves it. They turn out so tender and favorful. My husband brought leftovers to work and everyone wanted the recipe after they smelled it.

I made this for my visiting family today. I used pork spare ribs and everybody loved them. They were tender and so flavorful. I seasoned them last night and put them in the crockpot this morning. I used a brand of bbq sauce that we already had in the house and honey mustard instead of honey and mustard. After 8 hours, they were perfect.

I modified this a bit using pork spare ribs instead of beef short ribs, just given their fat content. My family raved over them. Will definetly make again!

I made this last night, my husband and I absolutely loved it. The only thing I did different was use the boneless shortribs. I will absolutely be making it again!

Terrific!!!! So tasty and the meat just melted off the bone. I would make this again.

Very tasty and so simple to make. I used flanken style chuck ribs with and without a bone. It's meatier and less fatty than the short ribs.
