Very good - very easy! I made the recipe exactly as shown except I used country-style ribs. I wouldn't change a thing! The meat ended up fall-off-the-bone tender so your couldn't pick them up and walk around with them :O) but they were delicious.

This was absolutely delicious. This was the first time I made short ribs. The juice/broth/gravy that is produced I saved and froze.

Excellent flavor. First time I cooked or ate short ribs. It was a little too greasy/fatty for me. I think this would be a 5 star recipe for my family using other types of ribs.

It was very good, at first I did not know why it required so much flour but was perfect for unique flavor for the gravy over the mashed potatoes.

A household favorite! My kids complain about every meal that is not macaroni and cheese, and getting them to try and enjoy other meals every night is a task. But once they ate this they asked for seconds and thirds! This is making the weekly menu!

I used a spicy flavored BBQ sauce which mellowed out a some with the honey but still had a good flavor

This was very good. I did not use the honey because I used the honey barbecue sauce. It was even better the next day.

This recipe smelled delicious, so maybe my expectations were too high....unfortunately, I thought it didnt have much taste (my husband agreed).
