I liked the short ribs real good. It went excellent ova white rice & gravy along wit sum dinner rolls an english peas 2 da side.

I used country style shoulder ribs and would recommed trimming them up as much as possible. Other than being a little too greasy, this recipe was great. I did add extra bbq sauce, as well as garlic and cumin.

I'm a beginner cook...this meal was easy and yummy. I took my moms advice and seasoned the meat with salt,pepper, and garlic powder before cooking. Loved It!

It was hard to say these were ribs considering the meat just fell off the bone when we picked it up. This recipe was a big hit & we will continue to make this.

This is possibly the best thing I have ever cooked. You can choose any sort of ribs you would like: short, beef, pork, whatever. The meat will fall off the bone and the sauce is to die for. I didn't change anything from the receipe
