I made this for an office party and it was a big hit! No one could believe it was low fat! I did make my own variation, using the following substitutions: brewed chocolate velvet coffee instead of instant, to which I added 2 Tbsp. Kahlua liqueur (great complimentary flavors that enhance the overall taste). I also used grated sugar-free dark chocolate in place of the cocoa, and put it on both layers.

This Cake is sooo good. I was surprised at how light it was, not as rich as I expected. Makes a great breakfast!

Everyone who tried it ,loved it.Although some said that they could taste the cream cheese, personally I did not taste it.I did add 3tbsp of brandy. It was awesome.I will definately make it again.

easy to make, but the coffee was too strong and overpowered all the other flavors. If I make it again I won't use that stong of coffee.

I think the cream cheese over took any other taste, adding more coffee would have helped.
