I've made this dish twice now. The peppers and tomatoes are delicious! The only suggestion I would have is to marinate the pork chops for a little while before cooking so that the chops have some more flavor on their own.

Fast, easy meal the boys loved! Even hubby, who claims to hate green peppers, really like this meal. Would add a few more seasonings and maybe onions next time, but will definately do again!

Really liked this recipe. Used regular can of tomatoes and boneless porkchops. Added 2 green peppers and a small onion and used lots of italian seasoning. Tasted really good. Full of flavor.

I tried this recipe and it was hit with my family. My husband is a very picky eater and likes the basic meat and potatoes meal, so I was really surprised that he liked this. I will most definitely make this again for my husband and kids.

Very easy to make! I substituted onions for the green peppers, added salt, pepper, italian season, and a little parmesan cheese....it was yummy! Porkchops were very tender!

I loved it! I added Italian Seasoning, basil, and minced garlic to spice it up and it came out great.

Wow! Very nice, tender meat and veggies. Subbed with white rice, and onions-no red pepper on hand. My picky 8yr old scraped the sauce off the meat, but then mixed it with the rice, and finished all of it! Very filling, husband (also picky)happy with this one. Will make it again.
