Made these tonight and loved the flavor. The downside was that my meatballs fell apart, but its possible that I may not be a very good meatball maker. Overall, we loved it. O, since we like spicy food, I opted for the zesty Catalina, don't know if it makes much of a difference but even my kids loved it!!!!

even stirring the meatballs constantly, they burned a bit. They didnt taste too good either. But the rice flavoring was YUMMY. So I'd make the rice again.

Fantastic! I could not believe how simple the ingredients were but how flavorful the dish was! I love to cook every night, but being a college student I need to do it cheap and fast yet delicious. This I will absolutely make again and again!

Very tasty! Our meatballs always break up, but it definitely doesn't detract from the flavor. Yum.

The meatballs were okay but the rice like it was, was not very good. If I made this again, I probably would just make the meatballs in some bbq sauce and make a side of rice & veggies.

The meatballs were really good. They were hard to get them evenly cooked in the skillet and it took a lot longer than the eight minutes as directed to cook them. The rice was just ok.

The meatballs were delicious! I would absolutely make them again, maybe bake them though. I made the rice as directed, the soy sauce ruined it. Made it again w/ just the Catalina, was just ok. Hubby didn't like the rice and just ate the meatballs w/ bbq sauce.

We have a large household of eight, so I double the recipe and do it in the oven. Bake the meatballs at 350 degrees about 30 min until browned and then cover with rice and pour on the liquids. Cover and bake another 30 minutes. The kids really like it and we usually serve salad and steamed veggies to make it healthier.

Overall my family liked this recipe, but I felt as if the meatballs could use more seasoning.
