This recipe was very very good. My boyfriend does not like my meatballs with stuffing but he loved these ones! The combination of soy and catalina was also very good. you could eat the rice without the meatballs. Definitely will make again.

after reading the bad comments, I doubled the amount of Catalina & soy sauce and it turned out AWESOME! ps-also used brown rice

Not very good, bland! We ended up throwing it out and eating our sides for dinner that night. Eventhe rice was yucky!

My husband compared this to very bad prison food. Extremely bland. Tremendous waste of food and time. Immediately tossed receipe out with the food.

The pickiest eater in my house (my 5 year old stepson) said that these were the best meatballs he ever had. He had seconds and thirds. The meatballs were tender and moist!

My husband loved this recipe and he is a very picky eater. He keeps asking me to make it again. It had a nice flavor to it. I was very impressed!

I loved this and so did my boyfriend. Wasn't even that spicy, at least not for us. Will make again.

Easy to make, the meatballs werent dried out (probably b/c of the cheese in them) I did a taste test while cooking and the rice wasnt "zesty" enough for me so I added 1/4c more Catellina and 3TBS more of soy sauce, came out WONDERFUL!
