What You Need

lb. lean ground beef

Tbsp. (1/2 of 1 pkt.) SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix

carrots, finely shredded (about 1 cup)

1/2

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses

1/4

cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing

Tbsp. less-sodium soy sauce

1-1/4

cups water

1-1/2

cups instant white rice, uncooked

Make It

MIX first 4 ingredients; shape into 16 meatballs.

COOK meatballs in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 8 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 1 min. Cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min. or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

The meatballs were good but the rice needed more flavor.

This is very good, but very greasy. I need to find a way to drain all the hamb. and cheese grease before adding the rice.

I didn't like it at all but my hubby did. If I make this again I won't use as much soy sauce.

The meatballs were a big hit with the whole family. The rice on the other hand was barely touched. I will be making the meatballs again. I'll just find a different rice to go with it.

the rice was plain so i added frozen peppers and onions and it was great. my family loved it.

it was good just needed a little more it seemed like something was missing from the rice but all in all its was good.
