this was so good that it even surprised my family. The dressing threw us off but we were in for such a treat. I have to make a lot of meatballs so I do double the recipe. It's even great after freezing. Highly recommended!

This recipe was great! I am going to definitely make this again! I lightened up the recipe by using 2% cheese, and I used Kraft Light Asian Toasted Sesame dressing instead of the Catalina which tasted really good in the rice with the soy sauce. Plus this recipe was easy to make!

I had a few meatballs break apart, other than that it was very good. Family liked it and I'll be making it again. I substituted reduced-fat Mozzarella for the Monteray Jack cheese to lower the fat content.

My son loved the meatballs but not the rice. I thought it was very good and I will make it again.

I wasn't a fan of this recipe and I have a feeling it was the Catalina dressing. The meatballs themselves were very tasty (I use ground turkey instead of beef) but the rice had a very different flavor. I used instant brown rice so maybe that had something to do w/the taste. Overall, I would make the meatballs again but pass on the rice/catlina mixture.

Loved it, as did my boyfriend. I added a small amount of miced garlic and a small amount of diced onion. They were DELICIOUS! My boyfriend told me Not to lose this recipe and ate it ALL!

This recipe was very bland to me. I was expecting more of a "sweet" meatball, and instead it came out more...blah. I'm thinking of making it again, but next time maybe I'll add a little more of the Catalina Dressing to "kick it up a notch".

This was delicious! The carrots made the meatballs. For those of you who had problems, make sure you grate the carrots fine like the fancy cheese blends. I used regular brown rice instead of minute rice and cooked it in a seperate saucepan. I added the meatballs to rice pan because the skillet looked greasy. Because my rice was already cooked, I omitted the water. Next time I will add a little more dressing to the rice.
