When I got home from work, it was all dried up. My husband thought we were having charcoal briquettes for dinner. It definitely needed more liquid! I had to throw out the dinner and order pizza!

Was really bad. Everyone who says their is not enough liquid is right. the lady in the video is wrong you need to add some water. To bad i was looking for a good stew recipe.

way too sweet for us. Meat and potatoes were cooked fine, just didn't like the BBQ sauce.

I added a can of diced tomatoes and a cup of water and beef bouillon cube.

The flavor was really good. Except I would definately stir all the ingredients rather than "layering" like the recipe calls for; things were cooked unevenly.

The vegetables do not give off juices like the video says, it was dry and did not taste good at all with the BBQ sauce. I will stick to the traditional beef stew.

Only thing I would do differently is use tapioca to thicken it.
