I took this dip to a party and got lots of compliments. I used real bacon, added almost a full package of ranch dressing mix and shredded the cheese in a food processor so it wouldn't be stringy. My only complaint was that it was so thick that it was hard to get on the chips without them breaking. Overall it was very tasty!

I added a ranch seasoning packet and it was great! It's good with veggies as well as crackers.

This recipe was absolutely delicious. I made it for a get together and everyone loved it. My 9 year old says it's his favorite dip. I did make 2 changes...I used 2 cups of cheese and the whole 3 oz bottle of bacon bits to tame the sour cream taste. Very delicious and super simple to make.

I've been sick for the last 2 years and have a hard time eating a lot of foods BUT this has been a life saver. I always have some on hand in the refrigerator. I also serve it everytime company comes and they all love it!!

I used light sour cream, 2% sharp cheddar cheese and it was very good. Lightened it up a bit. But that is what we are used to doing.

This was delicious... I used fake bacon bits and added some ranch and extra cheese for taste.

This recipe is very good, but even better with a ranch packet served with Fritos.

Great and easy dip. Would suggest adding spices for additional flavoring.

I use real bacon bits and add a package of dry ranch dressing to the sour cream. Give it a great flavor!!
