Pretty good recipe--kinda too sweet for me. I might sub sour cream next time. Also, I put mine in the food processor before serving, I like it smoother.

I made this recipe the way it said to for xmas. Everyone liked including my husband. I was very surprised because I thought it was kinda blah. I used sweet onions...next time I'll try a different onion.

I served this dip at Thanksgiving as an appetizer and everyone just loved it. As a dear friend said, "it's a keeper"! I did not use the red peppers as some of the guests didn't care for peppers and we also used ruffle potato chips to dip into it. I will definitely make it again!!

I made this the other day and it was... just alright. I guess if you experimented with different types of onions that had more robust flavor it would taste much better. Stay away from sweet onions. If i ever make it again, I would probably try to substitute Miracle Whip or mayo with sour cream.

Made this for a women's group and everyone loved it. Was surprised at the great taste. I used vadalia onions (they are in season) for a sweeter onion taste. Will definitely make again.

Great dip. Excellent with celery sticks, or any type of fresh veggies. Tried it for a family gathering and had a few requests for the recipe. It was even a great hit with the kids.

What an awesome party dip! I'm making it again today just because we loved it. I didnt use the red pepper and it was still great. Everyone wanted the recipe. Ten times better than any store-bought onion dip!
