This was easy and delicious. I would maybe marinate the chicken in something before filling and cooking it but, that's the only thing I'd change. We loved it :-)

I don't cook often but I made this recipe for my friend and her 2 and 3-year-old. I added just a little bit of lemon juice to the rice mix. Both kids devoured it and my friend ranted about it all night.

I am a young mother and I am "cooking illiterate" but this was so easy to do. My family enjoyed it and I got a smile from my husband so it really must have been good.

This is a great and healthy meal! I use, fat free cheese, cream cheese and ranch! I would suggest it to anyone looking for a quick healthy meal

After reading all the coments I made this recipie and its great and tasty...very easy to do and fast! I did add a whole 8oz of cream cheeze, seasoned the chicken, and put more ranch. I will consider soaking the fish in ranch next time, ...to make the chicken more jucier. Otherwise a great recipie! Thanks!

After reading feedback I took the advice of others. I added chicken broth to cover bottom of pan, used taco shredded cheese and some spices. I topped it off with zesty ranch and parmasean cheese. IT WAS FANTASTIC!! I will definately make again and keep using variations. Highly recommend this one

My husband and I were not big fans of this recipe. In fact, he said the inside stuffing tasted a lot like week-old, reheated mac & cheese. We really like the "stove-top stuffed chicken rolls," so I thought I would try this one- but I wont be making it again! It might be good for kids to make them eat their broccoli... if they have a bland palate.

Husband found this to be very bland. Next time I will experiment with different cheese, and spice up the stuffing a bit with a stronger cheese mixture or spices
